Handyman Service Pricing:
Hourly: $160 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum, $80 per hour in 30 minute increments after the first hour, plus materials
Bid: we can provide a bid for items needing to be included and many times we can give a rough number over the phone. Just call us.
Specialty Trades: electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC are all $150 per hour plus materials.
Our normal trades include drywalling, painting, cabinetry, finish carpentry, framing, vinyl flooring, wood flooring, carpet replacement, tile flooring, and roof tarping.
